Adding A Task To The Calendar
To add a task:
From Menu select Add Task. The Add Task page will appear with the following categories.
General Information
This section of the Add Task page allows you to describe the task and set the priority of the task.
Enter the Title and Description of Task.
In the Type list box, select the type of event.
If relevant, enter the Uniform Resource Locator (URL) in the URL text box.
Enter a description of the task in the Description text box, not to exceed 255 characters.
Designate the Status of the task as Needs-Action or In-Process by selecting the appropriate option button.
Date and Time
This section of the Add Task page allows you to set the start date, start time, end date, and end time of the task.
Select the Start Date and Start Time from the appropriate list boxes.
Select the End Date and End Time from the appropriate list box.
You can also set the date and time by using the Date Selector Calendar. Click on the Calendar icon to open the Date Selector Calendar. Then, click on a date and it will automatically be displayed in the list boxes for both the start and end time for the event. On the Date Selector Calendar, use the inner arrows to change the Month, and the outer arrows to change the year.
Note: The selected time zone is located next to the date and time section. To change the time zone, from Menu select Options. Then click on Viewing Preferences and select the appropriate time zone from the list box. Click Save to update your changes.
Task Assigned To
This section of the Add Task page is used to list the e-mail addresses of individuals that the scheduled task has been assigned. Individuals listed here will receive an e-mail message stating that they have been assigned the scheduled task. The assignees will receive this message once based on the conditions set in the Set Reminder(s) list boxes.
Enter the e-mail address(es) in the E-mail text box to which you would like the task assignment sent.
If using the Address Book, select the appropriate address(es) in the My Address Book text box and click the arrow button to move the address into the E-mail text box.

Editing Tasks
On the Current Calendar page in the Task List dialog box, click on the task that requires editing. If the task is not visible in this this, click on View All Tasks.
Make changes to the task as applicable.
Click the Update button to save the changes.

Assigning Tasks
Assigning tasks works much in the same way as sending an invitation for an event. The Task-Assigned-To List is located at the bottom of either the New Task or Edit Task page.
This section of the Add Task page is used to assign the task to individuals. The individuals whose e-mail addresses are listed here will receive an e-mail message stating that they have been assigned the scheduled task. The assignees will receive this message once based on the conditions set in the Set Reminder(s) list boxes.
Enter the e-mail address(es) in the E-mail text box where you would like the task assignment sent.
If using the Address Book, select the appropriate address(es) in the My Address Book text box and click the arrow button to move the address into the E-mail text box.

Deleting Tasks
On the Current Calendar page, click on the Task listed in the Task List dialog box.
On the Edit Task page, click on the Delete button.

Printing Tasks
On the Current Calendar page, click on the task listed in the Task List box.
On the Edit Task page that you would like to print, click on the browsers File menu, and then click Print.
From the Print dialog box click OK.
